Please call at reception, hand your order in to the Chemist or use the order form below.

Monday to Friday

8:30am - 1:00pm, 2:00pm - 4:00pm

We aim to complete a prescription request within 48 hours of receipt at Waverley Medical Centre. Please re-order your prescriptions in plenty of time.

One of our local chemists may agree to collect your prescriptions and deliver your medication to you at home.

Our computer system will print the correct medical name for your medication, this may differ from the name which you are familiar with. If in doubt ask the pharmacist or telephone the medical centre for advice.

NOTE :- Please do not use the email Prescription system to send messages to GP's. The GP's do not see your email, only a processed Prescription.
