Health Visitors
Health Visitors are trained nurses who have a responsibility to children under 5 years old and their families. They are a great source of information about child development. Community Nurses
The community nursing team provides a range of nursing care for housebound patients in the community, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Referral to their service is via the GP practice or on discharge from hospital. They can be contacted on 01776 707765.
Midwives
Community Midwives provide antenatal care to pregnant women. If you are pregnant you self-refer to them and they will arrange for you to have your initial booking appointment and further maternity care. They can be contacted on 01776 707707.
